Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or are missing parts will not be eligible for return.

• Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items (if any) are non-returnable.

Return Process

3. You must return the product in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

•  we operate only on Cash on Delivery (COD) method.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will exchange it for the same item or a suitable alternative, subject to availability.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item).
